Is there a Lawsuit Crisis?

From over 1,000 entries, "Hot Coffee" has been selected for the U.S. Documentary Competition at the Sundance Film Festival in January. This film shows how many long-held beliefs about our civil justice system have been bought and paid for by corporate America, to skew the average citizen’s right to a fair trial. Using some case examples, it shows how difficult access to justice or the courthouse can be for the injured and their families, because of roadblocks purchased by corporate America. Our firm believes this is an affront on the 7th Amendment, which guarantees citizens the right to a trial by jury. Read more here:
