Meet MAGGIE GOLIKE
Margo J. “Maggie” Golike
Paralegal
Maggie graduated from The University of Albuquerque in 1984 with a BS in Criminal Justice/ Corrections with the plan to work with at-risk youth. She held various positions with Philips Semiconductors for nearly twenty years, and also worked as the administrative assistant for the sales team at Grubb & Ellis Real Estate. After seven years working as a paralegal in various Albuquerque firms, she joined Bencoe & LaCour in 2012. Regarded as the firm’s “office mom,” Maggie befriends many of the firm’s clients and handles all manner of tasks for the lawyers, staff, and the clients the firm serves. In this way, she is the “glue” that holds Bencoe & LaCour’s team together whether a new client intake, a motion hearing, or a jury trial is on the agenda.
A natural helper with a huge heart, Maggie has spent her free time volunteering for The American Red Cross Disaster Relief Services and has also dedicated her leadership skills to helping organize Rio Grande Down Syndrome Network’s annual Buddy Walk. She has multiple furry kids, including former therapy dog Molly, whom she loved taking to visit residents in assisted living and nursing homes.
