Our Journey: Serving New Mexico Since 1993
New Mexico Trial Lawyers Built Around Clients
Bencoe & LaCour Law, PC
New Mexico trial lawyers at Bencoe & LaCour have represented individuals and families in serious injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and civil cases for more than three decades. Lori M. Bencoe founded Bencoe Law Firm, P.C. in 1993 after eleven years in personal injury practice. In 2006, Lori and Cherie L. LaCour formed Bencoe & LaCour Law, P.C., combining their experience in a focused Albuquerque trial firm.
From the beginning, the firm has been built around direct client relationships. We take time to understand not only what happened, but how an injury or loss has affected a person’s work, health, independence, and family. That human story guides the investigation, the experts we consult, the evidence we preserve, and the way we prepare a case for negotiation or trial.
Our practice has grown through careful preparation and a willingness to take on hospitals, insurers, corporations, and other powerful defendants. When a case requires additional resources, we collaborate with qualified specialists and national trial counsel while preserving the personal attention clients expect from a boutique firm. Our case results reflect this preparation, though every matter is different and past outcomes cannot guarantee a similar result.
Today, our attorneys and professional staff continue the same client-centered approach. Explore our practice areas, meet the people behind the firm, or request a confidential consultation to discuss whether we may be able to help.
